Previously, Dr. Hsu was Executive Directors of GM Global Technology Management, R&D Centers, and Advanced Manufacturing Center. He is currently the Chair, of the Michigan Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission (MAPAAC), appointed by the Governor.

Jimmy also cofounded Logiclink in 1996, a company that provides patented automated business center technology to more than 3,000 hotels in the U.S. Today, Jimmy spends half of his time working with startups at different stages. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. An expert in big data driven financial services and cross-border e-commerce logistics, armed with background in business management from Tokyo University, President and Co-Founder of ParcelX, Yang Minyi, brings with him close to 20 years of industry experience and a strong global network. In 2002, Yang founded Shanghai United Cities Industrial Col, Ltd, one of the first credit card financial services and database marketing enterprises in China. The company was funded by Japan SBI, Japan JAIC, Jiangsu Province, China CMB International, Taiwan Fuxin and other reputable venture capitalists.
