Janny Lu, CEO Ebinger Manufacturing

Janny Lu serves as Chief Executive Officer for Ebinger Manufacturing (EMC). EMC is the manufacturer and master distributor for full range of industrial fasteners and construction related products. She is also the CEO of Jets Glove, U.S.A., and partner of Jets Glove Manufacturing, with 3 manufacture facilities in China. Ms. Lu is also the President of Fuchi Textile North America, which is part of Fuchi Textile Company (a manufacturer of all types of fabrics and leather for automotive seating with manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, China, Malaysia and Thailand). Ms. Lu is a recipient of the Michigan Top 10 best businesswomen award in 2001 and also the Presidential Award from President of Taiwan as Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneur in oversea for year of 2002. She also served as President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in 1999. Ms. Lu holds a B.S. in International Business from Ohio State University.
Emily He, Senior Audit Manger KPMG LLP

Emily is a senior manager in KPMG’s audit practice in Michigan. She has more than 7 years of experience providing the initial public offering audit, integrated audit, financial statement audit, agreed upon procedures, reviews and IFRS conversion projects. In addition, Emily has provided professional audit services to several large multinational and Michigan based companies in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and IFRS. She has extensive experience in financial statement audits, SEC filings, as well as the effective coordination of global audit engagements.
David Bloom, Founder and Principal Factotem

David Bloom is a founder or executive of nine startups; an advisor or director with five emerging companies; and a coach or trainer for scores of entrepreneurial ventures in Software/Mobile/SaaS, Consumer Electronics, Big Data/Analytics, and Life Science/Medical Devices.

David is a founder and director of the a2geeks educational foundation; an organizer of the a2newtech meetup and Ann Arbor Ignite; and he chaired the Marketing Roundtable from 2011 to 2013. David won the Innovation Michigan award for Innovative Business Strategy, the GLITR Leader and Innovator Award, and he was Ann Arbor SPARK's Mentor of the Year.
David currently mentors entrepreneurial students at the U-M Ross School of Business, the U-M Center for Entrepreneurship, the U-M Medical Innovation Center, and NSF's I-Corps program. Benjamin Nolan is currently serving as a Vice President of the Small Business Banking division of Bank of America, working in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has extensive banking experience on both the personal and business sides of banking.
Previously Mr. Nolan has worked at JPMorgan Chase in multiple positions including personal banker, small business specialist, Assistant Vice President of the Business Banker division and then a Vice President of the Business Banking Wholesaler division.
Mr. Nolan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, magma cum laude, with an emphasis in marketing from Cleary University, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, having lived in both Spain and Argentina.
